Clifford Chance advises Amundi Real Estate on the acquisition of the "Rocket Tower" in Berlin

Clifford Chance advised an open fund managed by Amundi Real Estate on the acquisition of the "Rocket Tower" in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Amundi was joined by L‘Etoile Properties, who will henceforth act as property manager. The seller of the high-quality office building is a fund managed by JP Morgan Asset Management.

The "Rocket Tower"  is situated in Charlottenstraße 4 in  Berlin's city centre and comprises a total rental area of approximately 28,200 square metres mainly let to Rocket Internet. The company moved into the property in August  2016 after extensive renovation works.
