Clifford Chance has advised Investa Capital Management on the acquisition of the retail centre "Allee Center" in Leipzig from a foreign investor.

The shopping centre has a total leasable area of around 39,000 square metres and currently has 105 tenants. Investa Property Group has been developing properties in Germany for over 40 years. It has extensive experience in designing, marketing and realising high-end office buildings, hotels and condominium complexes. Since its establishment in 1972, Investa has developed new and existing properties with a total investment value exceeding EUR 4 billion.
