Clifford Chance advised KfW IPEX-Bank on the non-recourse financing of a 30.1 MWp PV- and 45.8 MWp Wind-Projects Portfolio in France, consisting of the four photovoltaic plants of the Cap Découverte project, the two wind plants of the Raucourt II project and the three wind plants of the Bussy-Lettrée project with NEOEN S.A.S. as project sponsor.
The total commitments under the nine facility agreements amount to a total volume of approximately EUR 104 million and the related credits have an up to 20 years-term. The finance structure includes KfW promotional loans, in particular under the KfW Program Renewable Energies (Program 270 and 274).
The sponsor NEOEN operates renewable energy projects in Europe, Africa, Australia and the Americas.
