Leading international law firm Clifford Chance advised iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited (iDreamSky) on its US$107 million (HK$835 million) initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Shenzhen-based iDreamSky is a leading publisher of mobile games such as Gardenscapes, Temple Run 2 and Subway Surfer, and a key player in the digital entertainment industry in China.
China Co-Managing Partner Tim Wang led on the deal with partners Amy Lo and Liu Fang. They were supported by counsel Christine Xu, associates Queenie Tong, Samson Chan and Veronica Tse and registered foreign lawyer Sheng Chen.
