Permira entered into binding commitment with the main shareholders to acquire the Exclusive Networks group.

Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, Exclusive Group is Europe's leading independent value-added distributor (VAD), specializing in the marketing of solutions for businesses in the areas of cybersecurity, data centers and associated value-added services.

The workers' council and relevant employees have already been informed and consulted on the transaction, which remains only subject to signing of definitive agreements and customary antitrust clearances.
