Clifford Chance has advised a fund managed by Carlyle on the sale of Admiralitätskontor, Hamburg, to AEW Europe who acquired the real property for the manage-to-core fund Europe Value Investors (EVI).

The Admiralitätskontor office building is located in Hamburg's city and comprises office space of approx. 8,140 sqm and 86 parking spaces.

The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Dr. Gerold Jaeger and comprised associate Dr. Sebastian Schmitt (both Real Estate) as well as partner Dr. Felix Mühlhäuser, senior associate Dr. Heiko Kermer and counsel Anette Hofmann (all Tax) – all Frankfurt.
