Clifford Chance has advised the French real estate investor Sofidy on the acquisition of the Seestern 8 office building in Düsseldorf. Sofidy is purchasing the property on behalf of the Efimmo1 fund. The vendors are Gebau Group, Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank and one other joint owner.
The property, built in 1984 in the Seestern business district, provides around 16,500 m² of office space and 297 parking spaces. The building is fully let to a number of long-term tenants, including Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG and the Versorgungswerk der Zahnärztekammer Nordrhein.
