Clyde & Co advises on acquisition of New World American Private School in Sharjah

The Dubai office of global law firm Clyde & Co has advised private investors in respect of their acquisition of New World American Private School (School) in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Clyde & Co advised on all aspects of the deal including the acquisition of the School and the structuring of the overall investment, including in respect of certain real estate aspects.

Founded in 2005, the School covers kindergarten up to high school level and has more than 2,000 students and over 270 staff.  The School has its curriculum based on the Common Core State Standards of America, which is a set of high-quality academic standards which outline what a student should know and be able to do at the end of each grade.
