Hamburg – Airbus Defence and Space has sold Dornier Consulting International GmbH to private equity investor palero. The parties agreed not to disclose details of the purchase price.

A team led by CMS partner Dr Eckart Gottschalk advised Airbus Defence and Space on the legal aspects of the transaction. CMS has advised the company on several occasions in the past.

Dornier Consulting was founded more than 50 years ago. It operates worldwide in the areas of technology consulting and project management and has 170 employees. Based in Berlin, the company’s areas of specialisation include water resource management, traffic & transportation and infrastructure. Dornier Consulting has a total of nine offices across Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
