CMS has advised Belvac Production Machinery, Inc. ("Belvac")on its acquisition of Rosario Can Technology.

Rosario Can Technology is an innovative designer, developer and manufacturer of decorators, base coating machinery and associated replacement parts for the production of beverage, food and aerosol cans. Rosario Can Technology is based in and operates out of Dongen, the Netherlands.

Belvac is a world leader in the design and production of continuous motion rotary machinery used by beverage, food and aerosol can manufacturers around the globe. Belvac is an operating company within Dover Corporation's Refrigeration & Food Equipment Segment and is based in Lynchburg, Virgina.

The CMS team was headed by Roman Tarlavski and further comprised Lisanne van der Velden, Martijn van der Bie, Elisabeth von Meijenfeldt, Elvira Baars, Herman Boersen, Paulus van den Bos, Lotte de Ceuster, Stephanie Dekker, Hilde Haentjes, Jan Peter IJspeert and Eva Schothorst-Gransier.
