CMS advises on sale of online casino business to Swedish mobile gaming company LeoVegas for £65 million

CMS has advised each of Intellectual Property & Software Ltd (IPS), European Domain Management Ltd (EDM) and Rocket 9 Ltd (Rocket 9) on their entry into a business sale agreement with NASDAQ First North Premier listed Swedish mobile gaming company, LeoVegas AB (publ) (LeoVegas).

The transaction will see LeoVegas, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, LeoVegas Gaming Ltd, acquire the B2C multi-brand gaming assets of IPS (including top brands such as Pink Casino, 21.co.uk, Slotboss, Bet UK and UK Casino) and related assets from EDM. In addition, LeoVegas has agreed, through a wholly-owned UK subsidiary, to acquire the assets of UK marketing services business Rocket 9. The transaction is subject to certain closing conditions and is scheduled to close late in the first quarter of 2018.
