Hamburg – ALPHA Business Solutions AG and the proALPHA Group are being merged into a joint company trading as proALPHA Business Solutions. In the course of the merger, the SAP Business ByDesign division will be hived off from ALPHA Business Solutions AG. all4cloud GmbH & Co. KG is acquiring the business, which focuses on the leading cloud ERP solution from SAP. Following the merger, the proALPHA Business Solutions Group will have more than 700 employees, 1,700 customers in some 50 countries and 12 branches in Germany alone.

A team led by partners Sebastian Orthmann and Jacob Siebert advised the sellers of ALPHA Business Solutions AG and new shareholders of all4cloud GmbH & Co. KG on the sale and hiving-off Operation.

ALPHA Business Solutions AG is one of Germany’s leading independent specialists for business process optimisation and the introduction of ERP software. Established in 1994, the firm generated sales of around EUR 21.5 million in 2014. It currently has 150 employees.

The proALPHA Group is a leading international ERP provider, offering software, consulting, support, training and maintenance services. Some 550 employees work in 27 branches around the world.
