CMS and Rödl & Partner have assisted Alpla Group in the acquisition – through Alpla Italia S.r.l. – of Propack S.r.l., a company specialized in the production of HDPE and PET bottles for home-care, from Biochimica S.p.A., a company operating in the production of household cleaners. The seller has been assisted by TLS Associazione Professionale di Avvocati e Commercialisti – member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers network

The Propack S.r.l. plant based in Ostellato (Ferrara), covers over 25 thousand sqm including 16 bottle blowing machines in HDPE and PET.
CMS has assisted Alpla with an M&A team led by partner Dietmar Zischg together with Francesco Sabatino (counsel) and Michael Panfili (junior associate), while Rödl & Partner has managed the financial and fiscal aspects with a team led by partner Thomas Giuliani e and associate partner Philipp Mitterer. PwC Legal has assisted Biochimica S.p.A. with a team led by partner Filippo Zucchinelli and Senior Manager Rosario Pace.
