Cofely Axima NV, part of the ENGIE-group, has acquired Vandewalle NV in August 2015. Vandewalle NV, an enterprise located in West-Flanders, is active in the design and installation of HVAC-installations and the optimization of the energy consumption of enterprises.

For this acquisition, Cofely Axima NV was assisted by an Eubelius team led by Peter Vandendriessche, Jörg Heirman and Marieke Wyckaert.
