LETT has assisted the partners of Colliers International Danmark A/S with the divestment of a controlling stake to Colliers International.

Colliers International Group, a NASDAQ listed Canada-based company, providing services in commercial real estate, residential property management and property services, has acquired an undisclosed controlling stake in Colliers International Danmark A/S (Colliers Denmark), a Denmark-based provider of investment sales, lease brokerage, valuation and corporate services.

The acquisition further strengthens Colliers International’s global platform and the operations in Europe and allows it to expand operations in the Nordic region. It also enables Colliers Denmark to enlarge its service offerings and grow its operations in the Denmark and the Nordic region. Colliers Denmark employs approximately 100 real estate professionals across 5 offices in Denmark.
