A consortium consisting of IngaBritt och Arne Lundbergs Forskningsstiftelse, Postens Pensionsstiftelse 1996, Länsförsäkringar Kalmar län and P&E Persson AB acquires, through a transaction, the real estate properties where the Linnæus University’s expansion in Kalmar will take place.

The sellers were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted primarily of Klas Wennström, Natalie Bretz and Arman Azad from the Real Estate group, as well as Andreas Zettergren and Gustav Glimblad from the Banking and Finance group.
