Los Angeles—A cross-border Dentons team completed two transactions on behalf of Mblox Incorporated, a Silicon Valley-based technology company and the world's largest application-to-person (A2P) mobile messaging provider. In a short time frame, a team of lawyers based in the US and UK successfully advised Mblox on two strategic technology company acquisitions.
To complete the various deals, New York Intellectual Property and Technology partner Monica Richman connected Mblox with Los Angeles Corporate partner Elizabeth Foster, Silicon Valley Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies partner Stafford Matthews and London Corporate partner Jeremy Cohen.
Dentons assisted Mblox in its pursuit of two acquisitions in the US and UK. In the US, Mblox acquired Zoove Corp., a provider of mobile phone direct response solutions and exclusive provider of StarStar numbers in the US. In the UK, Mblox acquired NextGen Mobile Limited, a global provider of SMS delivery services with coverage in over 210 countries under the "CardBoardFish" brand.
