DAC Beachcroft's Corporate Finance team has advised on a number of recent acquisitions for Elysium Healthcare.
Elysium Healthcare launched in December 2016 and has since built a prominent portfolio of more than 50 sites across mental health care, neurological care, education, children’s services and private patient services.
The latest acquisitions include Anne House and Gregory House from Health & Social Care Partnership, as well as the recent acquisition of London Care Partnerships from its existing owners.
Anne House and Gregory House expand Elysium Healthcare's learning disability portfolio, with the sites providing support packages for men and women with learning disabilities and complex needs. It's most recent acquisition of London Care Partnership has added nine sites to Elysium's portfolio, specifically in locations across London, and has further cemented its position as a leading provider of learning disability and autism services.
The acquisition of London Care Partnerships was the third acquisition that DAC Beachcroft has supported Elysium on this year and James Reed, partner at DAC Beachcroft, comments "We are very pleased to have supported the Elysium team on these recent acquisitions.
