The firm provided advice to global specialty chemicals company Sika on its purchase of Everbuild, the UK’s leading independent manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and construction chemicals. Everbuild has a workforce of 270 employees and annual sales of more than £60m.

Partner Leila Porter, from the Manchester corporate team of DAC Beachcroft, led the work with support from William Pinnock (Corporate), Anne Harrison (Environment), Andrew Rankin (Commercial) and Becky Hodgkins (Employment).

Commenting on the deal, Leila said: "We were delighted to assist Sika on its strategic purchase of Everbuild, to continue a record of acting on Sika's major acquisitions in the United Kingdom."

Sika UK is based in Welwyn Garden City to the North of London and operates further facilities in Preston.
