Shanghai-based senior partner Huang Xiamin attended the listing ceremony of Yummy Town (Cayman) Holdings Corporation (stock code: 2726) at Gre Tai Securities Market (“GTSM”).

Yummy Town (Cayman) Holdings Corporation, registered in Cayman and operating mainly in China, is a chain store serving tea and quick meals. It owns two brands, i.e., Happy Lemon and RBT Tea Café.

A Shanghai-based team composed of Huang, senior partner Shang Jiangang and partner Qian Chen provided PRC legal counsel for Yummy Town on the GTSM IPO and listing. The project kicked off in September 2009 and lasted over five years before its consummation.

GTSM is made up of multi-layered markets, including General Stock Board, Emerging Stock Board, GISA (Go Incubation Board for Startup and Acceleration Firms) Stock Board and Gofunding Zone. Its General Stock Board, similar to Nasdaq, is a platform for hi-tech and medium- to small-size enterprises to raise finance via public offering and trading of shares.
