Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised vente-privee.com in connection with its acquisition of the Spanish-based online-fashion outlet, Privalia.

On April 13, the vente-privee group agreed and closed a transaction to acquire 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Privalia.

The DVMB team includes Bertrand Cardi, Forrest Alogna (partners), Damien Catoir (senior associate), and Charlotte Ferran (associate) in corporate, Didier Théophile (partner) and Constance Bocket (associate) in competition, Martin Lebeuf (partner) and Mathilde Sollier (associate) in financing, and Vincent Agulhon (partner) and Loic Vedie (counsel) in tax.
