Davis Polk advised QuEST Global Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. on its acquisition of Network Systems and Technologies Limited (“NeST”). The financial terms of the transaction were not being disclosed.

Founded in 1995, NeST is a premier engineering software services company servicing Fortune 500 clients across the United States, Japan, Europe and India.
