Davis Polk Advises Thales on Its Acquisition of Security Services from Alcatel-Lucent

Davis Polk advised Thales on the acquisition of cybersecurity and communications security services from Alcatel-Lucent. This agreement comes as part of a strategic partnership between Thales and Alcatel-Lucent, which will enable Thales to expand its business, consolidate the knowledge and expertise of its teams in promising cybersecurity sectors, and offer solutions ensuring the integrity and resilience of its customers’ information systems.
