Davis Polk advised Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch as placing agent and settlement agent, and CLSA Limited as placing agent, of a placing of 89,242,500 new shares by Louis XIII Holdings Limited (Louis XIII) for a total consideration of US$94.77 million, as part of a financing round which also raised an additional US$38.7 million through the issue of convertible bonds by Louis XIII.
Louis XIII is a hospitality, entertainment and construction group engaged in the development of an exclusive luxury hotel and entertainment complex on Macau’s Cotai Strip as well as property services, including engineering, construction and management contracting, through its Hong Kong-based legacy business of Paul Y. Engineering Group Limited.
