The Jacobs Engineering Group has announced the completed sale of its French subsidiary, Jacobs France, to the NOX Group in France. Jacobs France provides specialized engineering services to sectors including chemicals, pharmaceuticals energy, and buildings. Jacobs, listed on the NYSE, is ranked 235 on the 2016 Fortune 500 list. Its global 2015 revenue exceeded $12.1 billion and it has over 60,000 employees worldwide.
The NOX Group specialized in engineering and technical review services, was created by Gildas Garrec in 1998. The NOX Group is a key player in general engineering and is specialized in the buildings, infrastructure, environment, industry and transportation of energy markets. With over 20 sites in France and a dozen overseas, the NOX Group relies on a range of complementary skills and will benefit from Jacobs France’s teams’ experience with large scale projects.
