Atlantica Tender Drilling Ltd. did on Friday 11 December take delivery of "Atlantica Delta", a semi-submersible tender assist support unit with integrated drilling package, from Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Offshore Co. Ltd. "Atlantica Delta" is destined for a term contract in the Congo with Total alongside the Moho Nord TLP.

Arntzen de Besche assisted ABN AMRO Bank as agent on behalf of a group of banks that have provided financing of the "Atlantica Delta" under a USD 350 million term loan facility that has also financed the semi-submersible tender rig "Beta" (delivered in 2014) and another unit still under construction with Dalian.
