Delphi has advised Circle K AB in connection with the sale of the property Nynäshamn Kalvö 1:24 to Stendörren Fastigheter AB.

The property comprises of approximately 57,000 square meters with about 9,000 square meters fully let premises in Nynäshamn’s harbor area.

Delphi has been advisor to Circle K AB in the transaction through Nina Persson (responsible partner) and Katarina Häggqvist.
