Delphi has been legal advisor to Oniva Online Group Europe AB (publ) ("Online Group") when they conducted a directed share issue of approximately SEK 23 million.

Online Group is an international supplier of innovative services in online marketing and hosting. Online Group has approximately 200 employees in Sweden, the UK, France, Ireland, Italy, Germany and the United States. The parent company Oniva Online Group Europe AB is listed on NASDAQ OMX First North.
