Dentons’ Paris Partner Catherine Joffroy advised Bureau Veritas in the context of setting up a Joint Venture with VO “Safety” in the field of nuclear facilities' safety.

Paris—Bureau Veritas (France) and FSUE VO “Safety” (Russia) created BV- Safety LLC, a joint venture to provide a wide range of services in the field of nuclear facilities’ safety.

The Joint Venture will call upon expertise from teams of experts in over 140 countries covering all aspects of the nuclear generation value chain. Partners in the Joint Venture, Bureau Veritas and VO “Safety” support its activity with all their qualification, competencies and experience.

The major activities of this company will include: assistance and technical advisory, design review, quality assurance during procurement, expediting, quality control, Non Destructive Testing (NDT) as well as support on health, safety and environment Issues during site works and commissioning.
