Dentons’ Public Procurement Team advised Doosan Lentjes Gmbh in a tender procedure for the construction of a flue gas desulphurization and ash distribution installation for Polska Grupa Energetyczna in Pomorzany. We cooperated with the venture partner Polimex Energetyka and assisted in drafting the bid documentation. We also represented the client in a successful appeal brought before the National Appeal Chamber (KIO), which paved the way for the contract going to Doosan Lentjes Gmbh and Polimex Energetyka.

The project team was comprised of Aldona Kowalczyk, the Partner heading the Public Procurement Team, Anna Szymanska, Counsel, Michal Drozdowicz, Counsel and Artur Kawik, Associate.
