Dentons advised on the €2.4 billion sale of P3 Logistic Parks to GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund. P3 Logistic Parks owns 163 warehouses in 62 locations across nine countries - making this the largest real estate deal in Europe in 2016.

Dentons advised on the Polish and Romanian aspects of the deal, including sell-side due diligence. It was one of several law firms that advised on this complex, international deal. Partner Perry Zizzi (Bucharest) and Counsel Gabriel Olearnik (Warsaw) led a cross-border team of more than 40 lawyers from Dentons’ Real Estate, Banking and Finance and Corporate practices.

The same team recently advised P3 on the Romanian and Polish aspects of a €1.4 billion pan-European refinancing of P3's logistics portfolio.
