Dentons has advised Cathay Investments 2 Limited (Cathay) on its acquisition of The Original Poster Company Limited (OPC), the world's leading distributor of greeting cards, and global logistics and supply chain solutions specialists PNC Global logistics Limited (PNC). Dentons advised on the corporate acquisitions and the acquisition finance elements as well as on various other aspects of the deals, including on employment, real estate, regulatory and commercial matters.

Cathay group companies include Euroresins, a Europe wide distributor of resin, glass fiber and other products for the composites industry; Lantor, a Dutch manufacturer of composite materials and cable products; Amethyst Group, a UK 3rd party logistics and warehousing provider; and Perkins Group Services, a distributor of toys and stationery.
