Dentons announced today that it has advised Denver based private equity firm KSL Capital Partners, LLC, dedicated to investing in travel and leisure businesses, on its acquisition of VUR, a leading hotel and lifestyle company comprising 25 properties throughout the UK with a further three under construction.

The Dentons team was led by Matthew Tinger, Partner and head of Corporate Real Estate in London, and included Catherine Astruc (Partner, Banking), Jason Sheard (Partner, Real Estate) and Mark Daliere (Partner, Hotels) together with a large team of assistants from across the firm.

Allen & Overy acted for De Vere on the sale. The A&O team was led by Edward Barnett, assisted by Peter Banks (Senior Associate) and Lauren Briggs (Associate).
