Warsaw--Dentons' Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised LRC Group on the acquisition of 175 apartments and commercial spaces in a uniquely modern housing estate in Warsaw, Poland. The transaction continues LRC's strategy to increase its investment volume in Poland.

The asset is conveniently located in Powisle, the most prestigious part of Warsaw, in the vicinity of green areas and the Vistula river.
