Dentons has advised Rockspring Property Investment Managers, a leading independent property fund manager, on the sale of Ferio Konin shopping center in Poland to Union Investment.

Ferio Konin is the dominant shopping center in the region, being an attractive spot for over 300,000 residents from the city of Konin and its surroundings. The center was  launched in 2008 and enlarged by an additional 2,500 sq.m. in 2013-2014. Currently, it offers 74 stores on 35,585 sq.m. retail space. The expansion has strengthened the position of Ferio Konin on the market, increasing the number of its customers while  the new arrangement of the catering zone further  increased the attractiveness of the center.
