Dentons advises SMBC in the context of the AOT-LOA of the Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety. On 7 July the Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety signed a hire agreement with an option to purchase (LOA) with a project company called PPP PRISME.

The society is composed of BATEG (A Vinci Construction France subsidiary) and PPP Investissements. PPP PRISME was given an authorization to occupy publicly owned land temporarily with the right to build (AOT), which gives property rights and constitutes, along with the LOA, an indivisible contractual set.

By this agreement, the IRSN assigns PPP PRISME with the conception, construction, financing, part of the maintenance/servicing and major maintenance replacement of a  11,500 square meter SHON building located in Fontenay aux Roses whose purpose is to host offices, laboratories and scientific spaces such as a crisis management center. Bank financing of the project was provided by Sumitomo Mistsui Banking Corporation Europe Ltd (SMBC).
