Global law firm Dentons advised Holding General d'Education (HOLGED) in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the capital and voting rights of Al Jabr School. HOLGED holds Yassamine and Jouri schools and acquiring Al Jabr, one of the most reputable schools in Casablanca accredited by The Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), reinforces its offering within the education sector.
HOLGED completed this transaction with the support of Banque Centrale Populaire who financed part of the acquisition.
TPG Group and Satya Capital are part of HOLGED since 2015. TPG Group is an American investment fund created in 1992 and Satya Capital is founded and chaired by Mo Ibrahim, a renowned African business leader.
