DeTai New Energy Group has conditionally acquired 100% of the share capital in Emission Particle Solution Sweden AB, a Swedish company that holds a fuel additive capable of reducing fuel consumption and environmental impact. The agreed purchase price for the shares is SEK 239,000,000.

DeTai New Energy Group, stock listed in Hong Kong, is an operator and distributor of alcohol beverages and electric cycles in China and is currently further expanding its new energy sector from electric cycles to include new energy research and development worldwide.

DeTai New Energy Group was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
