DLA Piper advises Aloe Private Equity on the acquisition of Eco Delta's solar business

DLA Piper's Paris team has advised on Aloe Private Equity's acquisition of Eco Delta's solar business.  Ardian, Debiopharm Investment and Nixdorf Foundation acquired, in equal shares, a 92.4% stake in Eco Delta subsidiaries Delta Solar and Eco Delta Opération & Maintenance, through Aloe Invest, their renewable energies investment vehicle. Bernis Energy acquired the other 7.6%.

Delta Solar was founded in 2002 and develops solar projects, managing nine photovoltaic parks. It has installed capacity of almost 70 MW, making it one of France's top five solar operators. Eco Delta Opération & Maintenance was set up in 2012 and specialises in operating and maintaining the Eco Delta group's power plants.`
