DLA Piper advises Audinate on AU$21 million IPO

DLA Piper is advising international audio technology company Audinate Group Limited on its AU$21 million initial public offering (IPO).

The DLA Piper team is being led by Sydney Corporate partner Catherine Merity, with assistance from senior associate Rosa Sayer, solicitor Olivia Wild and teams in DLA Piper's Washington, San Diego, London and Hong Kong offices.

Headquartered in Sydney, Audinate has offices in the United States, United Kingdom and Hong Kong. The company's customer base has grown to over 350 original equipment manufacturer (OEM) brands, spread across Asia, EMEA and the Americas.

Blackpeak Capital is the financial adviser to the IPO, which is being lead managed and underwritten by Shaw and Partners.
