DLA Piper has provided legal counsel to a company advised by Beyond Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in sysob IT-Unternehmensgruppe GmbH & Co. KG for an undisclosed amount. The transaction was executed with the notarial certification of the share deal.

Beyond Capital Partners is a holding company which focuses on the acquisition of majority holdings in profitable small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the DACH region. sysob IT-Unternehmensgruppe GmbH & Co. KG and Beyond Capital Partners are planning to expand into new geographical markets over the next few years. The management will remain in the hands of the founder and shareholder of the sysob IT-Unternehmensgruppe, Thomas Hruby, who established the enterprise 17 years ago.

The company’s specialises in the distribution of IT security products and solutions from the fields of wireless LAN, server-based computing, traffic management, cloud computing, MSSP and storage. In addition to an extensive service and support concept, the firm's portfolio includes technical support of resellers with installations and projects on site.
