DLA Piper has advised Bomond Group, one of the largest perfumery and cosmetics retailers in Ukraine, on obtaining retail space within the Central Universal Department Store (TsUM) in Kyiv. Under the terms of the lease, Bomond Group will occupy approximately 900 square metres of the development's ground floor. TsUM is a landmark of Kyiv and is scheduled to re-open in late 2016, after a period of reconstruction.
The team was led by Natalia Kochergina, partner and head of Real Estate, supported by senior associate Oleg Matiusha (Real Estate), legal director Illya Sverdlov, and associate Dmytro Rylovnikov (both Tax). Additional support was provided by partner and head of IP Natalia Pakhomovska and senior associate Natalia Kirichenko (IP, all Kyiv).
