DLA Piper has advised the Indigo Invest Group on the sale of an office building in Schwabing, a district of Munich. It offers a lettable area of some 10,000 square metres which is currently fully occupied by 15 tenants. The purchaser is the KGAL Group.
The KGAL Group, headquartered in Grünwald, has been designing innovative financial solutions and long-term equity investments since 1968. It specialises in the fields of real estate, aviation and infrastructure for private and institutional investors. As of 31 December 2014, the company was managing an investment volume of 22.3 billion euros in special purpose vehicles and holding companies. KGAL Investment Management assumes the role of managing these assets.
