DLA Piper advises KKR Holding Webhelp SA on the acquisition of all shares in Ocon Office Concept GmbH

DLA Piper has advised the Webhelp Group on the takeover of Ocon Office Concept GmbH, a business process outsourcing service provider, by Webhelp Holding Germany GmbH.

Ocon Office Concept GmbH is an owner-run, medium-size family company that focuses on support for customers from commerce and industry. Ocon employs more than 270 people in its service centre at the company’s base in Stuttgart.

Founded in 2000, Webhelp, a portfolio company of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), is one of the world’s key suppliers in the field of business process outsourcing. It specializes in the interaction between companies and its customers. The outsourcing portfolio of Webhelp also includes services in the field of payment processing, sales and marketing. Webhelp employs over 35,000 people in 27 countries.
