DLA Piper has advised Proservia, a subsidiary of the global human resources provider ManpowerGroup, on an agreement to take over services provided from Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
This agreement forms part of ManpowerGroup's and Proservia's development strategy to be one of the top ten largest providers in the field of IT Managed Services. As a result of the expansion, over 900 employees of Hewlett Packard Enterprise will now be employed by Proservia in Germany.
ManpowerGroup is a leading provider of human resources services, with more than 30,000 employees and over 400,000 clients. The company is one of the world's largest human resource consulting firms for IT experts.
Proservia is a leading European IT outsourcing company, founded in 1994. In 2011, the ManpowerGroup acquired Proservia with the aim of further developing its outsourcing capabilities in France.
