DLA Piper has advised Brook Henderson Group Limited and Management on the sale of Asteral Limited to Pantheon Holdco, a company backed by private equity house Permira.
The Asteral Group is the UK's leading independent provider of medical equipment services to the acute healthcare sector, working with 37 hospitals across the country.
The DLA Piper team was led by Jonathan Lisle (partner, Corporate), who leads DLA Piper's Corporate Healthcare team. He worked alongside Nick Helm (partner, Finance & Projects), and Hugh Morgan (associate, Corporate). Ed Griffiths (partner, Corporate) was also involved in the transaction, acting on behalf of Management.
