DLA Piper advises Schroders on the acquisition of the former Bosch headquarters

DLA Piper has advised Schroders Real Estate on the acquisition of the former Bosch headquarters in Stuttgart. The seller is Balandis Real Estate. The overall investment volume of the transaction is in excess of 100 million euros.

The site consists of eight buildings in all with a total rentable floor space of just over 40,000 square metres, which is occupied by more than 50 tenants. The occupancy rate is 95 per cent. Schroders is acquiring the centrally located site in Breitscheidstrasse on behalf of an individual German client. Previously, the property was part of a three-country fund managed by Balandis.
