DLA Piper has advised the shareholders of taskforce - Management on Demand AG (taskforce) on the sale of the company to NASDAQ-listed RGP Inc. Upon closing, on 31 August 2017, RGP acquired 100 percent of the shares. The parties involved have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

Following the acquisition, taskforce will operate independently in the market under its original brand name with the addition “An RGP company”. The management of the company will remain unchanged.

Founded in 2007, taskforce is a leading provider of professional interim and project management. Based in Munich and comprising more than 100 partners and associated managers, as well as a further 800 network managers, the company offers specific management solutions for tasks and projects in nearly all segments and functions.

The NASDAQ-listed company, RGP Inc., is a US-based global consulting firm specializing in intellectual capital on demand. By acquiring taskforce, the company is once again able to significantly expand its competences in the top-level interim and program management.
