DLA Piper has advised the shareholders of Tricontes GmbH on the sale of the company to Capita International Limited. The sale of the company took place within the framework of a 100 per cent share deal.

Tricontes GmbH is one of the leading providers of telemarketing and call centre services in Germany.

Capita International Limited is a subsidiary of Capita plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and, with some 26,000 employees as well as a turnover in excess of GBP 3.8 billion, is one of the leading companies in the field of business process outsourcing in the United Kingdom.

The buyer’s side was advised by Heisse Kursawe Eversheds in Munich, Hamburg and Nottingham: the team led by Jon Cox-Brown included Ulf Marhenke, Holger Holle and Lee Harris.
