DLA Piper has advised the Dutch shipping company, Spliethoff’s Bevrachtingskantoor B.V., on the acquisition of Bore Ltd from Rettig Group. Bore Ltd is a Finnish shipping company with a fleet of nine RoRo vessels and charters its tonnage to various line operators. The all-cash deal is expected to close on 30 June 2016.
